3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take a bit longer.
4. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
You can also offer free shipping above a certain order value (e.g., ₹499 or ₹999).
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking link/number.
You can use it to monitor delivery in real time.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery (or your preferred return window).
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

10. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
We are here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video.
We will arrange replacement or refund as per policy.
11. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship only within India (unless you plan to offer international shipping — I can edit this section).
